We normally ship all packages via UPS or Federal Express 2nd Day Delivery. For Overnight Delivery, please click on the Overnight request selection as you complete the order process (additional $10.00 charge). NOTE: All orders will be shipped after credit approval and order processing. This process may take 3 to 5 business days, at which time the order will be shipped via 2nd Day Delivery or Overnight (if requested). All allé Fine Jewelry packages are shipped in gift boxes ready to give as gifts.

APPRAISALS, CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY AND WATCH WARRANTIES

A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every gemstone, diamond or pearl jewelry piece we ship. This certificate states: allé Fine Jewelry and its manufacturers certify that the diamonds(s), gemstone(s), or pearl(s) are genuine. allé Fine Jewelry does not sell simulated or lab created gemstones, diamonds or pearls. All gold and platinum jewelry pieces are stamped 14K, 18K or PLAT (PL or 950) for Platinum. Further, with every gemstone, diamond or pearl jewelry item, $1,000.00 or over, allé Fine Jewelry includes an "independent" appraisal. This process can take an extra two days before the item is shipped. allé Fine Jewelry is a certified watch dealer/distributor for all watch brands carried and accordingly all watches come with full manufacturer warranties. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We normally ship all packages via Federal Express, FREE 2nd Day Delivery. For Overnight Delivery, please click on the Overnight request selection as you complete the order process (additional $10.00 Charge). Also, please feel free to call Customer Service at the toll free number noted above.   All orders will be shipped after credit approval and order processing. This process may take 3 to 5 business days at which time the order will be shipped via 2nd Day Delivery or Overnight (if requested). If an item qualifies for a free appraisal (Diamond, Gemstone or Pearl items over $1,000) it may require an additional two days to ship. As soon as the order is shipped, an email is sent to you with the ship date, tracking number and direct link to rapidly track your shipment. All items offered for sale on this website should be available for shipping. However, if an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you by phone or email. Our international customers are always notified of any additional shipping charges from the US to their international location before we process the order. Further, please note the international customer or recipient is responsible for any taxes and/or duties at the time of delivery. We ship to overseas military bases via Insured United States Postal Service. ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. If you are unable to sign for a shipment and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

ORDER CANCELLATION  

allé Fine Jewelry generally ships all items within 3-5 business days so if you wish to cancel an order please call Customer Service at the toll free number noted above as soon as possible. Please Note:  If an order has already been processed or shipped we are unable to stop the order.  You will be responsible for returning the item to us.

CUSTOM ORDERS and SPECIAL ORDERS

If you do not see a ring size, bracelet or necklace length you would like; please call our Customer Service Department at 800.310.4441 Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm eastern time.  Most of the time we can size a ring to any size and lengthen and/or shorten our bracelets or necklaces. Our jewelers will be happy to help you.

 GIFT CARDS (E-GIFT CARDS) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

allé Fine Jewelry E-Gift Cards are only sold and redeemed only at allejewelry.com.  There are no hidden fees and they never expire. Once an order has been placed for an E-Gift Card and email is sent to the resicpient within 24 hours of credit card approval (during regular business days).  If an order for an E-Gift Card is placed on a weekend or holiday, the recipient will be emailed the next business day.  E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another E-Gift Card.  They are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for refund.  While product purchased with an E-Gift card may be returned, the returned merchandise cannot be worn, broken, damaged or altered in any way.  Further, the refund for the return merchandise purchased with an E-Gift Card can only be exchanged for store product rather than cash credit. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable or invalid email address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  When a purchase is made with an E-Gift Card the value of the purchase plus any shipping/handling fees (if selecting overnight delivery), sales tax (if shipping to the state of Florida) will be deducted from your E-Gift Card.  Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's account.  One may check any remaining value on the E-Gift Card by calling our Customer Service Department at 800.310.4441. The E-Gift Card cash value is 1/10 of one cent.

Please enter your E-Gift Card number in the Gift Message Box when redeeming. For Security purposes, when you redeem your E-Gift Card we require that you use your credit card when placing the order.  This helps us ensure your identity, and protects against fraudulent use of your E-Gift Card.  Your credit card will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount of your E-Gift Card.  If you do not wish to use the credit card to redeem your E-Gift Card, please call our Customer Service Department at 800.310.4441.  We will be happy to help you. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards.  If your E-Gift Card is lost or stolen, and you have proof of purchase, we will issue you a replacement for the balance shown on our records.  If you have any questions, please call us at 800.310.4441

E-Gift Cards and their use on our web site are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.  allé Fine Jewelry reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its discretion.

RETURNS 

allé Fine Jewelry offers a 100%, satisfaction guarantee so that you can return your product for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. We cannot accept returns after the 30-day period. You are responsible for return shipping costs.  If you order an item as a gift, please open the package and inspect the contents within the 30-day period. Any special shipping and handling charges (such as Overnight, Saturday or International Shipping) are non-refundable. Worn, broken, damaged or altered items cannot be returned. If your item arrives defective, allé Fine Jewelry will refund your return shipping and handling charges and send you a replacement item immediately if that is your wish, or issue you a full credit. If a package/item arrives and is incorrect or damaged please save the original carton and packaging materials and call Customer Service. All returned jewelry is processed through our Quality Assurance Department to verify that items have not been worn, broken, damaged or altered. Credit is issued within approximately fifteen business days. Items that are special ordered in altered sizes (special length bracelets, non-standard ring sizes, etc.) are generally non-returnable.

NOTE:  On many of our more expensive items, we affix a security tag that must be cut off in order for the item to be worn appropriately after customer inspection to determine that they are satisfied with the style and quality of the item .  ONCE THE SECURITY TAG IS REMOVED, THE ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original shipping boxes if possible. PLEASE NOTE: SOFT SIDED PACKAGING ALLOWS FOR EASY DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. ACCORDINGLY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT ARE SHIPPED IN ENVELOPES OR SOFT PACKAGING. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED IN A CRUSH PROOF BOX TO PREVENT DAMAGE. FURTHER, THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL MUST BE VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX OR, FOR SECURITY REASONS, YOUR RETURN MAY BE REFUSED. Repack the item(s) in the orginal Jewlery Box, include all accessories and printed material. For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package (with the US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, etc.) for the full value of the product. Please ship to:

REPAIRS
